David Law, who has degrees in Molecular biology and Business Administration, is currently the president and CEO of Gourmet Mushrooms, Inc. (aka Mycopia Mushrooms), in Sebastopol, CA and Scottville, MI. David has established one of the first automated bottle culture mushroom farms in the United States, and is working to increase their production and develop other business opportunities.
